The Skylark Training Course Booking System provides a complete environment to coordinate the booking and execution of training courses. The web based system allows coordinators to optimise the booking of courses with the available delegates and trainers. The system will also allow delegates to self-book courses.
The system provides the complete fulfilment service, including confirmation emails to delegates, appraisal reports, invoice production etc. The Trainers Portal provides a set of dedicated web based functions for trainers. This provides all the information the trainer needs to execute the course, when, where, who etc. Then after the course is completed, the portal provides functionality to support the follow-on processes.
The Skylark scheduling system is customisable, so the system can be changed to match your exact business processes. This means that you do not have to go through the risk and disruption of changing your business processes to adopt the new system.
